The rooms look great, nice and clean. The water in the pool is so nice and warm.. The restaurant looks beautiful.

The pool and the room was great! The size of the pool and the swim up bar was great. The room was spacious and the bed was lovely and comfortable.

Loved the pool & cocktails. The staff were very good. Loved the location of our room. Pizzas & hot chips were nice.

Bed, comfortable. Thank you for giving us an early check in! Really meant a lot, as we were needed it to get ready for the wedding. And thank you for a congrats card, a bottle of wine and small boxes of chocolate that you guys gave us.. That was so thoughtful and we really appreciate it. Oh, really admiring your lotus and beautiful garden!

The food service and overall experience when we had dinner on 29th August was superb. There were 6 of us and everything was delicious 😋 We will be back for dinner! Jake who worked in breakfast room and pool was brilliant! Guests focussed remembered names and always friendly Chloe on front reception was excellent always solved my problems quickly

Great locations for exploring Port Douglas and surrounding areas. The hotel offers free parking which is great if you have a car. Beds where very comfortable and rooms had all the basic necessities. The pool was lovely, clean and relaxing.

My wife and I generally don't stick around the Hotel when we travel. We like to get out and see the sights. The Oaks was no exception. What we did use, was the Pool and Pool Bar which I thought was bloody awesome. We ate breakfast in the restaurant each morning. It was standard fare, bacon eggs, beans, fruit, cereals etc. It was very good, hot and well prepared.

The room was fantastic. Clean, spacious, we were surprised there were two balconies! An extremely comfortable home away from home for our trip. My fiancé loved when the fire torches were brought out at night - made for a great ambiance.

Great size room, amazing pool for the kids. Great size two bedroom interconnecting apartment. Two bathrooms and two bar fridges was a huge plus. Beds were very comfortable. Great aircon. Good location if you have a car. Main Street is not walking distance.
